How to Return Any Kindle eBook

While most readers know that they can return an unread print book to a bookstore for a refund, it’s a little bit less known that readers can return eBooks to Amazon within seven days of purchase. It doesn't matter whether you accidentally pocket-bought a title, or got it at a price higher than you intended to pay, or thought it was a full novel rather than a short story.
All you have to do is contact Amazon within seven days and request a refund. Amazon will refund your money and automatically delete the book from your Kindle account. Below are the steps:
1.      Go to Manage Your Content and Devices.
2.     From the Your Content tab, select the Actions [...] button next to the title you want to return, and then select Return for Refund.
3.      In the pop-up window, select Return for Refund.
Tip: You can cancel a Kindle book order from your Fire or Kindle immediately after purchase. Choose "Purchased by Accident? Cancel this Order" immediately after you purchase a book on your device.
Bonus: if you are interested in decrypting Kindle books, you can read this post about how to convert Kindle books to any format as you like.

Kindle Firmware Update 5.10.3 is Now Available

Just two months ago, Amazon had released 5.10.2 Kindle firmware. However, in such a short time, Amazon has started rolling out 5.10.3 firmware update. The update is available for all current Kindles and older Kindles dating back to the Kindle Paperwhite 2.
It appears to be a relatively minor and mysterious update, because the download page doesn't have any information on what has changed. The What's New screen on the device shows "Performance improvements and other general enhancements."
As you may noticed, Amazon has made some change with the KFX DRM encryption scheme. But the good news is that there’s still an alternative way to help you remove KFX DRM smoothly. If you are interested, you can read this guide about how to convert KFX to PDF
You just need to downgrade the latest Kindle app to an older version Kindle app, then all of your problems regarding KFX DRM will be resolved.
